Dreams Work Job Training Program
Our 16-week program comes alongside moms wanting to reach the next level of sustanability and growth for themselves and their families.
OPPORTUNITY.
Dreams Work builds confidence and strengthens job and life skills within a community of women committed to personal and professional growth.
Using a holistic approach to job readiness and life skills training, women lead women toward sustainability and new opportunities for their families.
At its core, Dreams Work exists to remove barriers to employment, break cycles of trauma and underachievement, and inspire women to build strong foundations for lasting change as they step boldly into the best version of themselves.
Program Elements
-

Life and Job Skills Workshops
Workshops are led by industry professionals who share current best practices, while business partner mentors provide hands-on experience that enhances employability.
-

On-the-Job Training and Mentoring
Through our Dreams Work business partners, women receive 100 hours of paid on-the-job training.
-

Community Building
For many women, motherhood can be extremely lonely. Each cohort works on strengthening its community and resources.
-

Women of Wholeness Group Therapy
The Women of Wholeness (WOW) mental health support group provides a safe and empowering space for reflection, connection, and emotional well-being. Within this supportive circle, participants build inner strength, practice self-compassion, and encourage one another to rewrite their stories with courage and hope.
-

Life Coaching
Each participant works one-on-one with a life coach to address barriers, set intentional goals, and take meaningful steps toward a life that reflects confidence and purpose.
-

Alumni Relationships
Each cohort graduates a profound group of women who can now use each other as a support system. From events to group check-ins, the Dreams Work alumni group continues to foster relationships post 16-week program.
Alumni Success Story
Bri’s Story: Rewriting Her Narrative
All her life, Bri was told she would never be anything. When she joined the Dreams Work program, she carried that belief with her - until orientation, when she heard stories of graduates whose transformations led to meaningful careers. In that moment, Bri decided she wanted to be one of those stories and she wanted the team to be proud of her.
Knowing her long-standing dream of working in the dental field, the program director paired her with Dr. Chow, owner of Puyallup Endodontics, as her Life Coach and Business Partner Mentor. From day one, Bri impressed the team with her professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate bedside manner. She even demonstrated a sharp eye for improving office procedures; several of her suggestions have been implemented.
Recently, Bri enrolled in a dental assistant program and continues her on-the-job training under Dr. Chow’s mentorship. At her Dreams Work graduation, Dr. Chow offered her a full-time position at Puyallup Endodontics, praising her work ethic, her eagerness to learn, and the initiative she brings to every task. Bri is now close to completing the requirements for her Dental Assistant certification.
Bri is not just beating the odds - she’s rewriting her story and proving that with support, opportunity, and perseverance, she is everything she was told she could never be.
CREDIT
Throughout the program, women cultivate C.R.E.D.I.T.: Courage, Resolve, Engage, Discipline, Intentionality, and Tenacity. This is what we call The Dreams Work Way.
Thanks to our partnership with Clover Park, our Dreams Work 16-week program can receive credits towards a degree at Clover Park.
